Hip Hip Beignet!

Tim was in New Orleans a few months ago and was telling me all about the delicious beignets. I have never had the opportunity to try them, so this morning I thought I would take a stab at making them. I had a little help from the Cafe Du Monde beignet mix from NOLA, of course. Thanks to this famous mix there were only a few easy steps. Add water, mix, roll, cut, fry, ENJOY!

I don't know how the originals taste, but these puppies were awesome! I can't wait to make them again and eat the whole plate!
