Spring is in the air...Finally!!

This is our first spring in the new house and it's exciting to see things start to bloom. Every day is a surprise as we're not really sure what the previous owners planted.

We have been noticing these flowers sprouting up everywhere. From what I can tell, they are Lilly of the valley.
I just noticed these little guys this morning. I'll need to do some research to find out what they are. They could be weeds for all I know.

    Well, we ended up working on the front instead of the garden area. Hopefully we'll get the landscaping done in the next couple weeks. We'll see. The big garden may have to wait a bit.

    I wonder if the tilling last year spread those lillies and other flowers around?
